Droxford Station Signal Box Details

The signal box is nestled in the stunning grounds of Old Droxford Station, with character and manicured gardens. It has a shared driveway with the owner. 

The Signal box consists of upstairs open plan living room/diner with studio sized kitchen. Appliances in this area include, television with DVD player, Wi-Fi, undercounter fridge (with small freezer compartment), single electric oven with four burner electric hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Downstairs has one double bedroom with king sized bed, bedsides, wardrobe and drawers. Bathroom consists of WC, basin, small bath with overhead shower.  

Outside, there is plenty of space for sitting & relaxing with a view of the pond and sometimes ducks.
